Operator and contact
aut.ee is operated by Inuware OÜ, Estonia, which is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: hello@aut.ee. Updated 12 October 2026.
Running the website
You do not need an account to read public content. Amazon Web Services hosts the application and backups in Stockholm, Sweden (eu-north-1). Cloudflare provides DNS, HTTPS delivery and protection against abuse. These services process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Technical and security records are retained according to the providers’ service settings for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Contact email is handled through Google Workspace.
Optional Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures page visits, navigation and interactions with viewing and other external links, alongside browser/device information and approximate location. Analytics is based on your consent; the website works without it. Advertising personalisation, Google Signals and automatic site-search and form-interaction measurement are disabled. We do not send trip-search addresses to Analytics.
Storage and your choice
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser until you change it or clear the site’s browser storage. Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies, whose default lifetime is two years; browsers may shorten this. Our GA4 property retains event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months, with user retention renewed on new activity. These limits do not apply to standard aggregated reports. Google’s cookie and retention information: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11397207 and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196.
Use “Cookie settings” below or in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops collection and removes the Analytics cookies accessible to this site. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before it. For requests about previously collected data, contact hello@aut.ee.
Service providers and external links
Google and Cloudflare may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable service and data-processing terms. Provider privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy, https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ and https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/.
Official team, statistics and viewing links lead to other websites with their own privacy policies. Public player images are served from our media library; citing a source does not automatically load tracking from that source. The map and location-search processing is described separately below.
Your rights
You can contact hello@aut.ee to request access to or correction of your personal data, or erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and to object to processing where that right applies. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon): https://www.aki.ee. For corrections to publicly sourced player information, use the same contact address.
Location search and map view
The trip filters use Google Maps geocoding for address searches. Only pressing “Find address” sends your entered address and selected language through AUT to Google. AUT does not request your device location. Country, region and date filters do not send searches to Google.
Your entered address, Google response and chosen centre are held only for the current search; AUT does not save them to an account, database, URL or analytics. The server processes the request transiently and limits requests to prevent misuse. Public venue coordinates are kept in a separate temporary cache.
Opening the game map or scrolling toward the homepage player map loads Google Maps in your browser. The homepage map begins loading shortly before it enters the screen. Google receives the network and browser information needed to provide the map, including your IP address, and serves requests as you move around it. Opening the schedule or results page does not load the map. If you have selected a trip centre, it is displayed with your radius on the Google map. AUT does not store your trip search or map movements.
