Kätlin Kangur

Kangur is a sophomore guard at Idaho in 2026–27. She appeared in 31 of the team’s 35 games during her first college season.

A Tallinn native, she discovered basketball in a first-grade PE class. Before moving to the United States, she played for TSA/CITYTEED Tallinn and attended Tallinna Arte Gümnaasium. She made her Estonia senior national-team debut in 2023 at 16, following earlier youth-team appearances.

Her place in Idaho’s rotation grew during 2025–26. In a February 2026 interview, head coach Arthur Moreira praised her readiness to seize an opportunity; the report described her contribution through defence, rebounding and off-ball work.

On 23 October 2026, Kangur was named among Estonia’s 22 national-team candidates for the November qualifiers against North Macedonia and Romania. This was a candidate list, rather than a final game roster.
