A club can compete in several leagues. First-team and youth-team placements are separate; a roster listing does not guarantee an appearance in a particular game.
Lips represents Stal Ostrów Wielkopolski in the Polish top division in 2026–27. His earlier clubs include Tartu Ülikool and Bulgaria’s Balkan Botevgrad.
In the 2025–26 FIBA Europe Cup, he averaged 17.7 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.7 assists across six games for Tartu. He has also represented Estonia in youth competitions and senior World Cup qualifiers.
In an October 2026 Õhtuleht interview, Lips discussed his start at Stal: after three league games, he was one of coach Andrzej Urban’s main rotation players. He viewed the Polish club as an opportunity to prove himself and progress to a stronger league.
