A club can compete in several leagues. First-team and youth-team placements are separate; a roster listing does not guarantee an appearance in a particular game.
About the athlete
Esnar is on Culture City Weimar’s ProB roster for 2026–27 and also continues with Science City Jena in the U19 NBBL. Weimar lists him as a power forward wearing number 21; his earlier club was Tartu Rock.
In an October 2026 interview, Jena coach Marius Linartas named Esnar among the returning players expected to lead the U19 team. Esnar had already played senior basketball for Weimar during its 2025–26 Regionalliga campaign.
Esnar won the 2024 U16 EuroBasket Division B title with Estonia, appearing in seven games. He also represented Estonia at the 2026 U18 EuroBasket.
